Amy-Lee Sullivan
Amy-Lee is a provisional psychologist currently completing her Master of Clinical Psychology at Western Sydney University. She brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to her work, drawing from a background in behaviour support and therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents and adults.
She has experience across public and community settings, providing psychometric assessment and therapy. Amy-Lee is passionate about helping individuals and their families understand their strengths and navigate challenges to enhance quality of life.
Her previous work has focused on supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions, including ADHD, ASD, learning disorders, and intellectual disability. She also works with a range of mental health presentations including anxiety and depression and has experience supporting individuals through life stressors.
Her therapeutic practice is informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness-based practices and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, however supports are tailored to the unique goals and needs of each client.
