Sariah Scott

Sariah is a registered clinical psychologist, board approved supervisor and clinic director at Succeed Psychology. She holds undergraduate qualifications in Psychology and Neuroscience from La Trobe University, post graduate qualifications from Monash University. She completed a Master of Clinical Psychology at Western Sydney University.

Sariah has worked for a number of years in outpatient mental health services, with individuals with chronic and severe mental illness, particularly those who display high risk behaviours.

She advocates for evidence based, individualised treatment for clients, which is both active and collaborative. She believes in addressing clients’ issues in a comprehensive way, taking social and lifestyle factors into consideration. Her clinical orientation is based in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and she utilises other approaches such as Interpersonal Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Schema Therapy.

Sariah works with adults with complex mental health conditions such as personality disorders, persistent depression, complex trauma and problematic relationships.

Charmaine Turton

Charmaine is a clinical psychologist with extensive experience across both public and private sectors. She has worked for government and non-government agencies in various roles such as training and education, evaluation and research, health promotion and direct client work. Her career has taken her to various countries around the world, setting up clinics and providing training and support to clinicians in emerging nations. She has experience in individual and group therapy settings with children, adolescents and adults, as well as families and other stakeholders.

Her qualifications include a Master of Clinical Psychology, and an Honours Degree of Bachelor of Arts - Psychology, both from Macquarie University. She is fully registered with the Psychology Board of Australia through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and holds an area of practice endorsement in clinical psychology.

Charmaine’s clinical approach draws from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness. She has extensive experience and is comfortable assisting clients with a range of presenting issues and concerns. Charmaine is caring, compassionate and respectful, and believes in working alongside clients towards their goals. She empowers people to better understand themselves, identify their strengths, and enhance their strategies to manage difficult times, improve well-being, and live their best lives.

Adrian Cuerva

Adrian is a registered psychologist who holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Macquarie University and a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Sydney. He is currently completing his registrar program to become an endorsed clinical psychologist and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society. 

Adrian’s clinical experience has predominately involved working with people who struggle with various types of anxiety issues, as well as working with parents of children with oppositional defiant disorder. He has a passion for supporting clients across various age groups who want to address difficulties such as anxiety, depression, and stress. Adrian believes that there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach to therapy and endeavours to individualise treatment to a clients’ needs. He also acknowledges the role lifestyle factors play in mental health and seeks to help people in a comprehensive manner to increase their quality of life. Adrian utilises evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and utilises parent-focused skills training when working with children and families.

 Adrian values providing a warm and secure environment for people to explore their struggles, to learn skills to manage their difficulties, and to ultimately better understand themselves and improve their overall wellbeing. 


Ayesha Farooq

Ayesha is a clinical psychologist with extensive experience in the domains of leadership, emotional health, emotional capability development and interpersonal relationships. She adopts a client centred approach using evidence based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focussed Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to assist client to address their concerns and reach their goals.

Ayesha works with adolescents and adults to address a range of disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma and stress-related disorders. She also has a keen interest in couples counselling. She is experienced working across cross-cultural contexts and is fluent in Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi.

Ayesha works extensively with WorkCover clients to help them recover from challenges in the workplace.


Katherine Widman

Katherine is a registered clinical psychologist who has worked in private practice for over ten years. She completed a Bachelor of Arts-Psychology (Honours) at Macquarie University before undertaking a Master of Psychology (Clinical) at the University of Western Sydney. She is a member of the Australian Psychology Society. Katherine is an AHPRA board approved supervisor. 

Katherine works with clients across the lifespan including children and their families, adolescents, and adults. She works collaboratively with clients to assist them to achieve their therapy goals. Katherine understands that it can take courage to seek therapy and values the importance of feeling welcomed and comfortable in the therapy space. 

Katherine has particular interests in anxiety disorders, ADHD, interventions for challenging child behaviour, adjustment difficulties, and depression. Using evidence-based interventions such as CBT, Mindfulness, and DBT, Katherine works with clients to deepen their understanding of themselves and the relationship between their thoughts and how they feel and behave. Katherine additionally draws from Parent Management Training and emotion coaching when working with children and their families.

Selina Shin

Selina is a registered psychologist and clinical psychology registrar who holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Sydney. She is a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association. 

Selina has gained experience in various settings including rehabilitation, working with NDIS clients, inpatient psychogeriatric units, and working with parents of children with oppositional defiant disorder. She now works with clients across the lifespan presenting with a range of concerns, such as depression, anxiety, and stress, primarily using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She also draws on other modalities, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, to tailor intervention for her clients depending on their needs. She utilises Parent Management Training and emotion coaching when working with families.  

Selina values collaboration and creating a compassionate and validating therapeutic space. She aims to work with individual strengths and help clients learn new skills to build resilience, achieve their goals, and live meaningfully. 

Maryanne Baker

Maryanne is a provisional psychologist who holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Professional Psychology from Macquarie University. She is an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Maryanne has gained experience in employment and volunteer roles over the last decade, primarily working with adolescents. She mainly uses a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy approach to assist clients to gain insight into themselves and support changes in emotions, thoughts and actions. Maryanne also draws from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy to address a range of mental health challenges. Maryanne conducts psychometric assessments of intelligence and learning.

She values creating a safe and supportive space and strives to work with the unique needs of each person to support them towards meaningful change.

Maryanne works extensively with children, adolescents and their families including parent management training. She is skilled in working with neurodiverse presentations.


Clara Fritchley

Clara holds an Honours degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, both from Macquarie University. She is currently undertaking a PhD with the Matilda Centre, University of Sydney. Clara is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA). Clara’s work within the private and public sectors has provided her with experience working with people with a range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, substance abuse and traumatic stress. She also has experience working with adolescents and their families who are experiencing a wide range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties and parenting stress. She has worked providing therapy both to individuals and in group settings.  She has also spent a number of years working on a comprehensive Dialectical Behaviour Therapy program for adults with emotion regulation and relational difficulties.

Clara is a warm and compassionate therapist who values the uniqueness of each individual’s experience. She offers a respectful and validating environment, providing a space for people to explore their struggles and needs in ways that encourage change and growth. She feels passionate about helping people flourish in their lives and to develop a greater capacity for resilience, as well as develop positive and meaningful relationships with themselves and others.

Jessica Vumbaca

Jessica is a clinical psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society.

She has experience working with clients in a variety of settings including public hospitals,non-government organisations, private sector, and university clinics. She has experience working with children, young people, families, and adults with a diverse range of mental health presentations including but not limited to depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder and trauma.

Jessica is passionate about psychological education and provides client centred treatment. She works primarily from frameworks including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Attachment Based Family Therapy, and Parent Management Training.

Jessica’s therapeutic approach is characterised by a commitment to collaborative formulation with her clients. She views therapy as a partnership, where we work together to understand and explore the unique aspects of their experiences and challenges. By involving clients in the formulation process, it allows the opportunity to create a tailored and comprehensive understanding of the issues at hand.

Lisa Salli

Lisa Salli

Lisa is a dedicated and experienced clinical psychologist committed to enhancing the health and wellbeing of individuals through evidence-based interventions. With a wealth of expertise in individual and group therapy, Lisa specializes in addressing a diverse range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, self-harm, addiction, trauma, and eating disorders.

Lisa works with various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, among others. She is also trained in attachment-based interventions such as Circle of Security and Attachment Based Family Therapy, showcasing her holistic approach to treatment.

Lisa’s professional journey reflects her commitment to clinical excellence and leadership. As the Clinical Lead at a public Child & Youth Mental Health Service, she provided expert oversight and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents, and their families. Her role involved clinical supervision, team support, and strategic decision-making to address complex mental health needs effectively.

Karen Craddock

Karen is a registered psychologist who holds a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney and a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University. She is currently completing her registrar program to become an endorsed clinical psychologist.

Karen is passionate about helping patients recognise their strengths and navigate life’s complexities. Her interest lies across all age groups who wish to address concerns relating to anxiety, mood, and stress. During her clinical training, Karen has worked with individuals who struggle with a variety of mood and anxiety disorders, as well as patients who present with comorbid chronic pain and complex physical health conditions.

Karen adopts a holistic approach to treatment and utilises evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, and motivational interviewing which are individualised to meet client needs. Karen strives for a warm and non- judgemental environment where clients feel supported to meet their goals.

Lauren Templeman

Lauren is a seasoned Registered Psychologist with over a decade of experience in the field. Her academic journey includes a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) degree from the University of Newcastle, followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological Practice from the College of Psychological Practice.

Driven by warmth and compassion, Lauren creates a nurturing and secure therapeutic environment, ensuring her clients feel supported throughout their journey. Her expertise encompasses issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and relationship difficulties.

With the personal experience of motherhood, Lauren has developed a deep interest in supporting perinatal clients through every facet of their journey into parenthood. From fertility concerns to birth trauma, perinatal depression, anxiety, and loss, she offers empathetic guidance and understanding.

Recognising the unique needs of each individual, Lauren tailors her therapeutic approach to align with her clients' specific goals and preferences. Drawing from modalities such as Schema Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, she provides comprehensive and effective interventions to facilitate meaningful change and growth.

Jordan Sharp

Jordan is a registered psychologist who holds a Bachelor of Arts – Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Advanced), and a Master of Professional Psychology. Jordan has worked as a psychologist in community services and clinical settings. His experience is predominantly with children, adolescents, and young adults. He has clinical skills working with a range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, school refusal, stress, addictions, grief & loss. He also has experience working with clients who have neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD and autism spectrum disorder.

Jordan relies primarily on a cognitive behaviour therapy approach to help clients address their difficulties. He also draws from acceptance and commitment therapy, and motivational interviewing techniques which are individualised to meet client needs. Jordan can provide assessment, diagnosis, and recommendations regarding intellectual disability.

Jordan values a strong therapeutic relationship and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring the uncomfortable and working to improve their overall wellbeing.

Kristy Donnelly

Dr Kristy Donnelly is a registered psychologist and clinical psychology registrar with a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of New South Wales (UNSW). She is also a senior research officer at the Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health, an adjunct senior lecturer at the University of Adelaide, and seasonal teaching academic at Macquarie University.

Kristy received her PhD from the University of Adelaide in 2020 where her research involved phenotyping a monogenic epilepsy and working closely with children and families affected by neurodevelopmental disorders. She continues to collaborate with family associations and is currently developing an educational video series to support individuals affected by neurodevelopmental disorders. Kristy combines warmth and humour to create a relaxed and collaborative environment for individuals using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approaches. Kristy has experience supporting adults with depression and anxiety and is certified by Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) International as a PCIT therapist. Kristy is passionate about helping families to develop and strengthen their relationship with their children, and she is committed to supporting parents to confidently manage their children’s behavior and prevent problems developing.

Cassandra Wesley-Klements

Cassandra is a Registered Psychologist and is a member of the Australian Psychology Society (MAPS). She holds an Honours degree in Psychology from University of Witswaterstrand, South Africa and a Masters degree in Health Psychology from University of Derby, UK.

Cassandra’s work within the public and private sectors have provided her with experience working with people with a range of difficulties including depression, anxiety and traumatic stress. She also has experience working with children and adolescents and assisting their families who are experiencing a wide range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties and emotional regulation difficulties. She also has experience working with children and adults with mental and physical disabilities.

Cassandra has a warm, compassionate, empathetic and caring nature and creates a safe and comfortable space in her sessions. Her approach is open, caring, and collaborative allowing clients to feel supported.

Cassandra uses an evidence based and collaborative approach in her work drawing on a number of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help people achieve their goals.

Emily Dailly

Emily is a registered psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Clinical Psychology from Macquarie University, and is currently completing her registrar program to become an endorsed clinical psychologist.

Emily has a passion for helping children, adolescents, and their families with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioural difficulties, emotion regulation, stress, and adjustment. She also has experience working with neurodiverse individuals to support them with their mental health needs.

Emily has experience working in university clinics and public hospital settings to deliver individual therapy to clients experiencing a broad range of difficulties across the lifespan. She has previously facilitated adult outpatient group programs that draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, as well as a social problem-solving group program for children and their parents. Emily has also delivered parent management programs for parents of children experiencing behavioural difficulties, oppositional defiant disorder, autism, and ADHD.

Emily has a warm, empathetic, and caring approach and values building a strong therapeutic alliance to facilitate collaboration with her clients. She strives to develop a detailed and holistic understanding of clients’ experiences to allow her to deliver tailored, evidence-based treatments that draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and integrated family intervention.

Karolina Cuerva

Karolina is a registered psychologist and clinical psychology registrar. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Macquarie University and a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Technology Sydney.

Karolina has a passion for helping people with various mood and anxiety concerns and has also helped clients who are struggling with grief, disordered eating, and addictions. Karolina has experience working in a private mental-health hospital running group and individual therapy sessions, and in university clinic settings. She has also delivered parent management programs for parents of children with behavioural issues associated with autism and/or oppositional-defiance. Additionally, she has a keen interest in career coaching and counselling.

Along with her warm and non-judgemental approach, Karolina primarily utilises evidence-based treatment strategies from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and tailors treatment to each client’s individual needs.

Seija Herat

Seija is a Registered Psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society. Seija completed a Bachelor of Psychology at the Universty of Western Sydney and the Psychologist Registration program at the Australian College of Applied Psychology. Seija has worked as a Psychologist for over 11 years.

Seija has worked as a Psychologist within the private and public sector. Her employment experiences have included: Community Mental Health, Employee Assistance Programs as well as Private practice. Seija has significant experience in Mental Health, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Grief and Loss as well as personal and workplace issues.

Seija is very passionate about health and wellness and incorporates a holistic approach to wellbeing, stress management and self-care strategies. Seija refers to a variety of psychological modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy and Neurobiology. Seija takes a compassionate, open and validating approach in working with clients in order to establish a safe and supportive therapeutic alliance to assist throughout their difficult and challenging experiences.

Nooria Tariq

Nooria is a Registered Psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychology Society (MAPS). She has diverse experience of working with different age groups, cultural and religious backgrounds and has an eclectic approach to therapy. She has worked in public health and private practice and has supported people with a broad range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem and confidence issues, and adjustment issues.

Nooria has a warm and empathetic attitude and provides a safe and non-judgmental space for her clients to help them harness their strengths. She utilises evidence-based models, adopting a person-centred approach with her clients, and uses CBT, EMDR, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, schema therapy, and mindfulness approaches.

Nooria is experienced working across cross-cultural contexts and is fluent in Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi. She is a WorkCover and NDIS provider.

Shivani Vij

Dr Shivani Vij is a registered Psychologist with AHPRA and a full member of APS. She has led a rich career as a clinician, educator and author of peer-reviewed journal articles and books. Shivani has extensive experience of working with children and adolescents presenting with a range of developmental and psychological presentations, such as Autism, ADHD, Intellectual Disability, Anxiety and Depression, Anger Management, Self Esteem and Stress Management.  

Shivani is a strong believer of person-centred practice and focuses on an inclusive and empowering service that helps clients address the barriers and lean on the enabling factors in their life. She endeavours to deliver evidence-based interventions and has experience in using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and providing Positive Behaviour Support. 

She is a registered provider of AutPlay therapy which is a play therapy approach designed to address the mental health needs of neurodivergent children and their families. In addition, Shivani has facilitated a number of parent coaching groups and evidence-based group programs for children including Secret Agent Society, Take Action, Zones of Regulation and PALS.

Shivani has worked in multicultural environments in Australia and overseas, and she has an in-depth understanding of the importance of acknowledging and respecting all cultural beliefs and practices.

Samantha Rien

Sammy is a registered psychologist with extensive experience within the mental health field over the last decade. She has experience working within the community, schools, private clinics, psychiatric hospitals, facilitating mental health group programs, and engaging in crisis support volunteer work. She is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and their families to lead happier, more fulfilling lives.

In her practice, Sammy provides evidence-based psychometric assessments and interventions, to children and adolescents presenting with a range of developmental and psychological presentations. With a client centred approach, she ensures all clients receive a service that is tailored to their individual needs and goals. She can administer assessments, diagnose, and provide recommendations.

Her speciality is conducting psychometric assessments of intelligence and learning. She is trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). Her special interest is supporting children and parents, to assist with learning difficulties (e.g., Intellectual Disabilities), behavioural challenges (e.g., Oppositional Defiance Disorder), attention difficulties (e.g., ADHD), social challenges (e.g., Autism), anxiety, depression, anger, and stress.

Her goal is to support and help empower individuals and families to most effectively navigate through life’s challenges and inevitable ups and downs.

Josh Onikul

Josh is a seasoned psychologist and board approved supervisor

with over a decade of experience committed to nurturing the mental well-being of individuals across diverse age groups. His expertise encompasses work with children, adolescents, young adults, and parents, reflecting his deep understanding of their unique psychological needs.

Josh is an active contributor to the mental health field, focusing particularly on severe and persistent mental illnesses. His professional journey has been marked by a variety of roles, including clinical work, research, outcome measurement, and management. Notably, he has served with organizations such as the Schizophrenia Fellowship of NSW, Headspace, Headspace Early Psychosis, and Feel the Magic. Josh works concurrently in school settings.

Josh's practice is distinguished by a diverse skill set that extends beyond academic qualifications. He has undergone training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and systemic-based approaches.
