A Client and Psychologist Centred Approach:
At Succeed, we set out to do something different. We want our psychologists to be recognised and compensated for the tremendous work they do, and the many years of study required to receive their qualification. BUT- we simultaneously want to offer our clients an affordable service that facilitates access to ongoing mental health care. The solution? We had to cut something out- “the middle”. To achieve this we employ psychologists who display a high level of responsibility, autonomy, critical thinking skills and are individually motivated.
Burnout Prevention:
Recognizing the demands of the mental health profession, we prioritize burnout prevention for our staff. We understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance and have implemented supportive measures to ensure our team feels empowered, resilient, and capable of providing the highest level of care to our clients.
Professional Development:

We provide access to group supervision, monthly team meetings and peer review, as well as specialised board-approved supervision. We are equipped to see you through your registrar program, or support your ongoing career development.

We recognise your talent lies in the face to face work you do with clients and leverage those skills by providing complete administrative support. This increases your sense of achievement and engagement, as you do meaningful and impactful work while allowing our administration team to assist with scheduling, invoicing, email responses and more.
